No parcel, no courtesy call

They were supposed to deliver my parcel today, I expected it delivered today there was absolutely NO reason for non delivery, as the tracker showed me it was loaded into the truck this morning.

However I never received a delivery nor did I receive any kind of phone call. When checking the tracker again this afternoon it shows: "Delivery Exception (Manual) No access"

No clue what that ******* means but I was home all day and never received a phone call. Normally when they are at the gate or close I get a call from the driver. No call this time to tell me they are here or close or can't find the place. The only conclusion that I can make is that it was too late for the lousy driver and he was too lazy to continue so he turned around and headed back to the depot.

It is completely unacceptable not to get a call when you know perfectly well everyone has got a phone. If this was my driver I would fire him.
