No Parcel Delivered, Parcel missing

I bought items from Boardmans to which I received an email on Thursday 14 April that it was delivered. On quering this with Boardmans I was told that I had signed for delivery and that they had proof of this, I then called courierit and spoke to Stanley and Steve who assured me that they were dealing with the matter and promised to get back to me. They advised that their driver had delivered the parcel but lost the proof of delivery, which would mean that they forged my signature and submitted this to Boardmans.<br> <br> How does a parcel go missing and then you loose proof of delivery at the same time, who gave them the mandate to sign on my behalf ? and who has my parcel. I wish for Tshepo, Stanley and Steve to sort the matter and stop passing the buck
