I bought a tablet from a company that used Courierit to deliver the package<br> <br> First of all the person from Courierit did not bother to call me to inform me that he was coming.<br> <br> Secondly he left the tablet with my neighbor child who is barely in her teens without informing or getting permission from me to do so <br> <br> Now my neighbor child claims to have given my 4 year old son the parcel nevertheless to say my son doesn't know anything about any parcel. The fact is I never received the parcel. I have sent emails to Courier it and they were not very helpful nor eager to help me.<br> <br> I want Courierit to reimburse me or replace my tablet.
