No feedback on delivery progress

<p>I ordered two folding tables from One Day Only on the 7th of April 2017, I was informed that the delivery will take 8-10 working days, which I am fine with. I found that the delivery cost was a bit high, but I paid it knowing that the items I ordered were heavy, I also assumed that I would be paying that high amount for good service. But my issue is not so much with the delivery cost, it is with the service I experienced during the delivery waiting period. I followed my order to Cape Town where it was loaded into the delivery vehicle (18 April 2017). Seeing that it was in Cape Town being loaded I assumed that I would recieve my package very shortly, but after no progress could be seen on the website I contacted the courier service (CourierIt). They could not tell me where the package is, and kept telling me that another courier service ( RTT) is taking the order further. I did not have a problem with the take over, but Courierit never came back to me despite the fact that I called them twice</p>
