NO DELIVERY MADE
Absolutely pathetic service, i was suppose to receive a parcel on Friday, they sent a message to say that no contact has been made yet no one contacted me, On Monday they go to my house my mom was going to be receiving the parcel on my behalf, they then tell my mom that they cannot leave the it with her because i need to collect it. What bull****, then again no damn contacted me!!!!!
Today at 9:50, a lady from the company contacts me to inform me that the delivery will be made tomorrow and i should give them my work address since i need to receive it, apparently the driver left the warehouse at 8am so only tomorrow it can be done!!!
Why the heck was i not informed about it yesterday so that delivery would be made.
And when i told the lady on the phone how tired i am of them, and i will report this as i have been waiting from Friday for a delivery to happen which till date hasn't arrived!!!!! She says its okay, not even apologizing about their dumbness as they let so many days pass, yoh im furious!

At this point in time, i feel like I don't even want that phone anymore!
