No delivery lies about not being available

Annoyed I am currently working from home and ALWAYS at home to my Suprise for the past todays today included when I go onto your app it tells me that they couldn't reach me how when I dont have any missed calls? How when I work closer to a window and can see everything happening by my gate.... CAN Hendrick Magatsela kindly do his job proper or get someone reliable to get my delivery to me please!!!!!!!
