No delivery from a delivery conpany?

No appreciation for customers time or safety, completely unacceptable.

My parcel has been scheduled and placed into a vehicle for delivery and delayed 2 days in a row now, despite me telephonically confirming 3 times that the delivery would definitely be made today.

I have now wasted 2 entire days waiting for this delivery and not been able to go to work at all.

Stop overloading your vehicles, it is unsafe for your drivers and unsafr for your customers. If you confirm multiple times that a parcel will be delivered before 1pm then tou better actually do it.

The reason for using delivery services during Covid-19 is to ensure limited contact, if one parcel is passed in and out by multiple people it defeats all the safety aspects of using delivery.

CourierIT has obviously decided the health and safety of its drivers does not matter and definitely does not care at all about their customers.
