No Delivery
I have the worst experience with Courierit. I honestly do not get why Telkom still continues to use courierit because every time when we have to receive our parcels, there is some silly story behind why the delivery guy didn't deliver the order on the same day. Once again today my order was loaded on the vehicle at 05:34 am which was suppose to be delivered by Goodwill Sibanda but still nothing. I kept on calling Courierit but instead I was given silly excuses as to why I will not receive my parcel today. It is honestly the worst service I have received. This is the 3rd time I am receiving such a terrible service. Nothing ever gets delivered on time. Excuses after excuses.

21 Nov 2017, 09:02Funny how yesterday I was given an excuse that the delivery guy that was supposed to deliver my parcel was high jacked but funny enough the same guy who was supposed to deliver my parcel has loaded the same parcel into the vehicle again today, claiming that I was not contactable yet I waited for my parcel to be delivered the whole day. What the ****? Terrible service. Dawn wing is way far better then this nonsense. Telkom STOP SENDING OUR PARCELS USING COURIERIT. IT IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
