No delivery

I couriered a parcel from cape town to johannesbrug on thrusday with an overnight delivery. The parcel was due for delivery on friday morning. <br> <br> I took the day off for the delivery of the parcel as it was from admost importance that i recieved the parcel as i had to submit the content on late friday afternoon.<br> <br> I followed up on saturday morning, only to be informed that i was not at home at time of the delivery and that they do not call clients. <br> <br> The supervisor both in cape town and johannesburg was so rude and said that its not their problem to resolve the issue and that i would have to wait until monday. <br> <br> We paid for an overnight service which we did not get. <br> <br> <br> <br>
