No delivery?!?!

No delivery!!!! I had a VERY important package that needed to be delivered today (as it was scheduled to be) it was on the truck at 6am and it's now 18:00... Well after 12hours and still no delivery??? I had to phone 5 times today to only hear your package is and will be delivered today.... Well I'm still waiting. No callback no email reply from the company (courierit)..... I WILL never deal with them ever again and NEVER will I tell people to make use of them. Very unhappy.
