No customer service at this company

The worst delivery company ever. It's so frustrating having to call to follow up on something that is supposed to be delivered. I got through to a lady by the name of Zanele who kept putting me on hold for customer service. What ever you do, please don't hire or use the service of this company. I still have no idea where my phone is
