No Comunication at all

I phoned Courier It yesterday 09-06-2015 , I spoke to Raymond net I tracked my parcel and it stated that my parcel left Durban on Friday 05-06-2015 , he said my parcel was at Johannesburg and would be by Pretoria branch this afternoon 09-06-2015 and would be delivered on the 10-06-2015. I phoned in today 10-06-2015 a woman that I spoke to said my parcel is only leaving Durban today???? When I spoke to the manager Steven he said it would be delivered today.. <br> <br> I also purchased a item and Courier It should of delivered it on Friday 05-06-2015. I phoned in and spoke to Usif and he told me they would phone the warehouse and see what is the problem. The sent me a mail to state that there is no stock. One question how do you log a parcel with a waybill number if there is not even a parcel?
