No business savvy or customer service from courier IT

These guys refuse to deliver something after it was explained that I have a copy of ID and proof of adress as required by RICA . Their delivery people @ Charles is rude and drove off while I was speaking to him , I was passed off onto his supervisor "Tshepo" who promptly put the phone down in my ear , I dont understand how the largest most expensive communications company TELKOM chooses to use Mickey mouse contractors with no customer service inclination to deliver their products , sad day for business in SA , The IT seems to stand for the clown in Steven Kings book. I want my money back
