Never use this company.

24 February 2023 Will never use this company!

I upgraded my phone and with it, I got a tablet. Samsung arranged that it needed to be delivered to me through Courier It (provided all my details address and contact details).

Yesterday evening (23 Feb 2023), I received a call from a man who I don't even know. He then told me that he has my package that a courier guy forced him to take 2 days ago. I was confused as to how could they just give him the package and I did not confirm to anyone that he can take it. The package is worth R6 000.00 and the Courier guy just decided to give it to a complete stranger. This neighbor (with a different address, street name and number) does not know me at all and I don't know him.

I'm still waiting on feedback from Courier It regarding this as they want to first speek to the person who delivered the package.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. If you are waiting for a package or maybe you used them to send a package, make sure that your package aren't ending up with a stranger because he or she may not be as honest.
