Never Use Them - No Support
I opened a ticket for a parcel to be collected on Saturday (2025-12-06) morning at 10:30am.
They said it will be collected before 15:00 that day.
I tried calling them today (2025-12-08) a numerous number of times and all their phone numbers listed either don't work or the call keeps dropping.
So, I decided to use another courier because of the useless support I received from CourierIT.
So, I wasted my money - now I know I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know or come across about them,
