Never Use CourierIt, For The Love of God

I don't understand how CourierIt can be one of the biggest courier companies and one of the worst at the same time. I ordered a herb parcel from Essentially Natural last Saturday as that's what my business sells. The expected delivery time was between Wednesday and Friday, which is reasonable, however that's not happening now due to CourierIt's pathetic, ***********, unorganised delivery services. My package was In Transit for 2 DAYS before it was collected and sent out for the morning delivery, but because "drivers were rushed" as I was told, the driver was not able to deliver this vital package, and now I have to waste my own petrol to collect because CourierIt has no sense of time or organisation s****s. Use Picup or WumDrop instead of this ****show of a company.
