Never use Courier it , as seems you will never receive your parcel it

I was meant to receive my parcel on Thursday

Then I was told the phone will arrive on Friday which it didn't Then I was promised the phone would arrive on Monday Today before 12.00 . Again I called and they couldn't give an answer. Was told they would call back by 9.00 which they didn't .

Then spoke to the operational manager and now still waiting for a response.

I have now spent 3 days waiting for the delivery where I wasn't able to go on the road and work as I had to sit at the office waiting .

Can someone please sort this out ASAP .
