NEVER use COURIER IT

I have had the most terrible service from Courier It, firstly to get any feedback on their switchboard is non existant, sending an email only gets a three word answer, "package is damaged" and the Live Chat no one responds to. I will NEVER use them again and recommend nobody does either.
