NEVER DELIVERS ON TIME AND ONLY SOMETIMES AT CORRECT ADDRESS

One of the online I shops I order from, uses Courierit.... I never receive my parcel on the day that I receive an sms from the courier to say that my parcel is out on delivery... I always have to phone the courier's office to enquire about my parcel..... today my parcel was delivered at the wrong address!! Luckily the lady there, knew where I worked, so she phoned me. Apparently the courier was VERY rude to her, INSISTING he was at the correct address!! And this with my work's name, being part of my delivery address!!! I guess I must be lucky that my parcel did not get lost, as the item inside was not cheap.... EXTREMELY poor service...... I received an sms afterwards that a lady from our office signed for acceptance of my parcel - which she obviously did not as it was not delivered at the correct address.
