My parcel is not delivered after two weeks

I ordered a SIM card on Afrihost, and this company was supposed to have delivered my SIM two weeks ago, but they have only sent me SMS, no calls, nothing. Three SMS later, a change of drivers, but still haven’t received my parcel, even though the SMS they sent always imply that the parcel is on its way to my house, but it ends up not being delivered. The Durban branch is not even answering their calls.
