Most terrible service ever From the Switch board , to the CS agents], is the Drivers

MOST PETHETIC COURIER SERVICE EVER , from the switch board to the agents to the driver , no one can ever give a clear responds , they send you sms at 7 in the morning saying delivery is on the way , and here we are 2 days later , I think courier it thinks that we don't have things to do all we do is sit and wait on them to arrive... this is the most ridiculous service I have received in my history of Customer service , I am a Manager for CS and surly if this was my staff I would show them the door , I have delivered Goods before and never have i struggled like this .... Pathetic ... YOUR DRIVERS AND AGENT DONT EVEN DESERVE JOBS SHAME THEY DONT RESPECT AND APPRECIATE WHAT THEY HAVE
