Most disgusting service ever

Getting the most disgusting service ever from Courierit.. it’s been two days now that I’ve been receding SMS’s that my parcel will be delivered, the latest update says “contact not available” but the driver never even called me. There customer service is pathetic can’t even get through to their call Centre, long call waiting time and the calls always get cut off..Errrr I’m so annoyed.
