Missing parcel

Good morning This time it is the above mentioned company that I write this review. It is about my parcel from CellC that I can't find. I was in contact with them last night around nine o'clock. The person told me that they don't service Bethlehem any more that RWS service Bethlehem. However as a individual I can't contact them only if I have a courier company. The parcel is nowhere to be found. I gave them all the information that CellC gave me. Still nothing. You help please Thank you.
