Missing Parcel

I was called to come get the parcel from the receptionist at work however when i got there after a few minutes i was advised the delivery guy was walking around and has left i kept calling to track where he is i was **** to told that he has been waiting for me but he wasn't even at the waiting area,i was promised call backs to tell me what will happen and when the parcel will come but that didn't happen i took initiative to call back when i called i was told it was left with someone when i didn't even authorize that to happen and for someone to sign for it and how will i know where my order is as i don't even know where that person where my parcel was left when i ask questions as to who gave them the authority to leave the order there i cannot be answered and till now i haven't been answered as to where my order is and i have paid for it...I want my parcel and i need it to be delivered at the right place and this driver needs to be escalated for this as this is not good customer service at all and this is so stressful please look into this and sort it out as soon as possible.
