Misleading SMS

<p>At 08:11 i received an sms from Courierit informing me my parcel was on its way and i should get my ID copy ready. I logged into their tracking system and noted it was already loaded onto delivery vehicle. i had not recieved the parcel by 13:30 and decided to call( ********** ) at 13:38 and spoke to Rebecaa, who put me to Zandile, who was very obnoxious and referred me to Levy. Levy did not want to acknowldge that the SMS was misleading but blamed Telkom for not giving them a complete Address(although he confirmed the Address given to them was as i stated). i find it misleading that we can get such smses and not be phoned when there is a problem. I have never experienced such before from a courier and maybe thats why it was the first time i heard of courierit. </p>
