Misinformation and misrepresentation

I spoke victor who advised me that I must wait for my phone at my work Dainfern on the 28/02/2015. But now when I call courierit speaking to Annette who was very helpful in telling me the truth advised that there is no record of the arrangement as they don't do deliveries on the Saturday. So this basically means that I came to the collection point for nothing. Absolutely nothing. If this is the service you give clients, I see you are in real competition with the SA post office. I wont say you must do something about this situation of mine as you have done nothing about it. One day I will get my phone put it in a pouch so I never go through this experience.
