Mess around service

Bad Service from this company. Received a sms stating that I will receive my package between 08:00 and 17:00 on the 25/02/19 however I did not receive on stipulated time, called in and was told by a lady named Susie that I will receive it between 18:00 and 20:00 and she has acquired authorization to do that. Haven't received package up to now that is the 26/02/19 10:30am. Spoke to assistant manager Sumaya who says they did not get authorization yesterday which means we were **** to and deceived. Please avoid this mess around courier company.
