Lying driver

Useless, this company is absolutely useless, they keep on adding exceptions to my delivery, first I was told it was a cellphone number incorrect issue, then I was told that he needs a department to deliver to. This driver called, Dumisani May Mncube, is lying, if he was at the company I work for they would have called me to come down and get the package, if I am unavailable we have a mail room which then accepts the package and signs for it. So this guy was not even at the address to deliver it, he just keeps on making excuses
