Lost my package. NO FEEDBACK, NO FOLLOW UP

<p>On the the 1st of December 16 a package was sent to me from Cape Town containing my stock. The package was due to arrive on Friday the 1st Dec 16.It is now the 5th of December and I still have not recieved the package. NObody knows where it is or when I will be recieving it. NO follow ups NO feedback, NO-one@ courierit cares. I have never seen such apathy and disregard for clients time&money. This package contained a great deal of stock, the absence of which has caused me to lose seval clients and thousands in revenue. WHO is going to reimburse me for this loss?!</p>
