Looks a lot like theft to me

I had a parcel that was supposed be delivered yesterday (please contact me for the tracking number). I received a call in the morning from the delivery guy (his name was Lorenzo if I'm not mistaken) confirming my address.

Around 4pm I received a call from the same delivery guy saying he won't be able to deliver today as he has vehicle issues and promised to deliver it first thing this morning.

I woke up to an email stating that my parcel has been delivered, A FEW MINUTES AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM ON THE PHONE, signed by ME. I am LIVID.

When I phone this morning to state my case, the lady that dealt with my query was not apologetic nor had a speck of concern in her voice. Instead she just told me to email all the details and that they will investigate.

I want the details of the driver that 'supposedly delivered my parcel to me' as well as a full investigation report, so I can submit it to the Police to open a case if this is not resolved IMMEDIATELY,
