***** and PATHETIC SERVICE

Why do your drivers have to LIE. I have been expecting my package from Telkom since Monday. Courierit in East London is full of dishonest staff. The driver has now twice said that my parcel has not been delivered because I was not available at the address twice, First on monday 24th Dec and today Thursday 27 which is a blatant LIE. I called courierIT on monday and after I received an sms that I was not available(LIES) they told me my parcel will be delivered today (again LIES). What kind of company are you running and why does Telkom keep on using you is beyond my understanding. To top it off when I called the branch Ive been put on hold. My airtime going to waste. You lot are pathetic and *****, why do you even run a courier company if you are not going to deliver peoples packages, because judging by your facebook page that is your culture. I am beyond ****ed AND ANNOYED BY YOUR CONDUCT. THAT IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. SIES
