Level of incompetence at Courierit

I was informed that I was going to receive my order on the 24 - 08 - 2023 as I had ordered a cellphone with Cell C. The courierit driver Mandy Mgidi wrote on a report that I am a truck driver and I will be available next week. The driver did not call me to find out where I was, she just came up with whatever info she wrote. I called courierit immediately when I saw the failure to deliver message. After that call I made two follow up calls. And every time I called I found out that no one was making updates on my follow ups. Even this morning I was getting the same status on my order. Today they're telling me that drivers have already gone out and I will only get my order on Monday. Wow I have never came across such a high level of incompetence and poor customer service. At Courierit nobody cares about customer satisfaction.
