Letters Novela wonderful service

I was assisted by Letters Novela. What a great customer support agent. He was very patient, funny and tried to calm my frustration . I bought my best friend a gift to welcome her into her birth month and it was delayed yeserday. I was honestly trying my luck by calling and he was able to connect me to the driver. I ran out of airtime while i was on jold for the driver and he called me back. Wonderful service.
