Letters Novela to the rescue!!!
My order was delivered to the wrong address. I panicked and followed up with Courierit. Letters Novela responded swiftly and contacted the driver. The matter was resolved with minutes and my parcel was delivered quicker than I thought the process would take.
Thank you so much to Letters who also went the extra mile to contact me back and notify me that the driver was on his way.
