Letters Novela Provided Outstanding Service After Weeks of Delivery Frustration

All thanks to Letters Novela, one of the consultants from Courierit, who took it upon himself to ensure that there was finally clear direction regarding my parcel.

After waiting a very long time on the call to speak to a consultant, he answered my call and I explained my frustrations to him. He immediately confirmed that emails had indeed been sent to the Cape Town branch regarding my parcel.

What stood out the most was that he promised to personally handle my issue and committed to giving me feedback within an hour — and he actually kept his promise. True to his word, he called me back with an update from the Cape Town branch. He explained that some drivers were currently in training and also discovered that the branch still had my home address on the system, even though I had changed it to my work address during the manual delivery process. He immediately updated the address, and the change was approved.

For the very first time during this entire process, someone actually kept their word and communicated properly with me. Because of Letters Novela, I finally feel confident that I will receive my parcel tomorrow.
