Letters Novela - Amazing Service
Good Morning I have spoken to Letters Novela from Courier this morning regarding My MTN delivery status. From the start of the call he was friendly and enthusiastic. He requested my details and provided an update on my status promptly and professionally. He further went on to let the delivery company know to reach out to me if there is any difficulty locating my address. Such an amazing guy, friendly and helpful. I am not a fan of contacting customer service for any company but Letters made the experience so good. He deserves acknowledgment for a job well done and more.
