Lesego went over and above to keep me informed of delivery updates as my parcel was needed for a specific date. She assisted with correcting the address and ensuring that the parcel was going to be delivered on time. She worked with integrity as she told me she would follow up with me and did so timeously. I am extremely grateful and beyond pleased at this type of customer service. I wish all service providers could work at this level of professionalism.
