Lesego Makete was incredible
Lesego Makete was incredible. Your delivery team failed to deliver my parcel on time claiming incorrect address, despite the fact I had put my address in correctly. They delivered it 3 days later however Lesego was great help in trying to resolve the matter. She gave me timely updates, as promised. Got into contact with the time. Assisted in updating me with driver status and vice versa. She deserves 5/5 stars.
