Lerato Ditsele a Customer service supervisor at Courierit

I am so pleased with Lerato Ditsele a Customer service supervisor at Courierit. She provided us with an exceptional service, she is a true definition of what excellent customer service is. On the 23/07/2010 My mom was supposed to receive her parkage, I got SMSes of updates on how far the package was. Finally the driver(Skhumbuzo Makola) called requesting for directions but he sounded irate and he complained about not having airtime. I told him my mom will call him, she did call but instead of taking her directions he asked other people for directions. When he got lost he was so rude to my mom, talking to her like his talking to his kids. He returned with the package. I decided to call courierit n cancel the delivery, they assured me it'll be cancelled but since I was unhappy with how my mom was treated I decided to log a complaint with them. I called and was transferred to Lerato... I did not expect anything but she really saved the day, she even called my mom, arranged a different driver and continues to communicate with us. She is full of respect, passion and determination. We are delighted as the customers. She is a true blessing. She does it without even trying to hard, kindness flows from her mouth and she made sure that the driver account for his actions. I'll say it again customer excellence is what Lerato was to us. Words can't explain how grateful we are for her assistance, she's deserves to be recognized for her efforts to change our sad faces into a smiley face.
