Late/No delivery and passing the Buck

I have been waiting for a delivery from Courier IT that was sent through by Telkom Finrite administrators until date. The tracking number that i was given by Natasha still doesn't exist on the courier IT website, I tried making arrangements to get the phone collected and all i got was an attitude from a woman working for Courier IT by the name of Sumaya Durman, I asked if i can speak to the Operations Manager: Andre Kruger and she refused. I wonder if these is the type of attitude given to their clients on daily basis. i still have not received any help from Courier IT.
