Late/No delivery

Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered from telkom mobile, they said that the the parcel will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Its been 7 and I still haven't received anything. The Tracker on the site didn't work till today so i was unable to track my parcel. The genius delivery guy reported that the Company closed down, and that the contact person was unavailable. can they not call the customer ad ask. do they not have access to cellphones? and guys what we have takeallot delivery guys delivering goods here on a daily basis. They seem to get it right!

If the parcel is not delivered by end of business today 14:30 I will cancel the contract with Telkom.
