Late Parcel delivery and no communication
Bad service. I orderd online, i was supposed to receive my Parcel on monday till now im still waiting. The driver(Themba Nqubane) keeps on returning my parcel saying im out of reach, today is the 3rd day my order is returned by same driver. While both my contacts are avalaible, they have bad communication i will never use this company again. Been waiting for their agents to contact me since monday and today is wensday no luck. I have even lost clients because of this, they thinking im not taking them serious, this is bad for my business!
