Late delivery, no followup on complaint

The company I work for had to send a important parcel from Klerksdorp to Durban recently, we approached postnet with whom we have an account to collect and dispatch this parcel to Postnet Umhlanga - they in turn used courier It as subcontractors. <br> <br> The delivery date was set to be 16 July, am. However, when following up on the day, courier it said that there were some delays in flights and thus the parcel will be delayed, but is with the local delivery van for delivery on the Thursday.<br> <br> 5 PM on July 16 I received a call from courier it saying that they were unable to deliver as postnet would not accept the parcel - (I am taking this up with postnet) <br> I asked the person who phoned me if the driver was still in the area, and if i could meet him somewhere to collect, but he was back at the depo (drove around the whole day with the parcel), Bheki however promised that it would be delivered the following day before 12:00PM.<br> 17 July 11:30am, phoned them, - said they will deliver in the next hour<br> 13:00 - said 15 min<br> 13:30 said 1 min<br> Eventually after many lies got the parcel at 14:00.<br> Spoke to a manager who said he will phone back in 1h, never happened.<br> <br> Please stay away from this company!
