Late delivery

Order a package from ifix cape town, they courier it with COURIER IT. Package tracking on website of courier it dont work.<br> Package was promised 30 July. on the 31 I contact courier it and they inidcated that the address was invalid and that they phoned me 3 times on the 30th. I never recieved any phone call and the other 5 courier companies I used in the past never had a problem to obtain my address to deliver packages.<br> <br> On 31 July the Pretoria and Cape Town branch promised that I will recieve my package 3 August before 15:30.<br> <br> Currenlty they don't know where my package is.
