Lack of organization and ownership!!

Lack of any notification on delay in shipping which had a 2-5day delivery period as I'm writing this review its the 8th day...

Im unable to track my parcel on either of couriers websites and when contacting the Company I found out that my parcel was being delivered by another courier and was in a canceled state?? Yet I have paid and I'm still waiting for my purchase??!! I'm very disappointed with the lack of Information provided by Courier it and Uafrica who seem more interested blaming each other for the misplaced parcel rather than taking taking responsibility for their mistake and still im wondering if I'm ever going to receive my parcel!! I do not recommend these companies to anyone!!
