Lack of empathy.

Their way of doing business really sucks big time, I was expecting them to deliver the parcel to my house yesterday, the guy called Jacky phoned me to say he was lost and asking me for the right direction to my house, I vividly said to him that I am not at home at that moment, but I can check with my neighbour to collect the parcel on my behalf and I will revert back to him in due course, to my surprise when I try to call him back to say my neighbour is available to collect the parcel from him, he was no longer answering my calls, I tried several times afterwards, but my efforts were fruitless and I am no longer sure whether I will ever receive my parcel or not.
