Lack of Efficiency In Delivery

I am quite disappointed at how my delivery was handled today, my address was captured incorrectly and when the driver gets to the wrong address he doesn't give a courtesy call to say he is in a wrong place but drives away. Even if he was at the right place but because it is a complex they were not going to allow him in without him calling me. The problem is that he had to call, but he didn't. I then receive an SMS asking me to reschedule my delivery date. When I call CourierIt so that I can track the driver myself and drive to him they say this is not possible and this I understand because of safety precautions. My issue is now that when I request to collect my parcel I must give a list of information. I believe that in certain instances we must take compromises as a business in order to please our customers.
