Lack of Communication

The delivery guy was ****** with my parcel, the company didn't inform me. I am sitting without my device, I had to call them repeatedly but none of the customer consultants were able to tell me that the driver was ****** until 16:45.

I am highly inconvenienced, I am sorry for the driver but the company wasted my time by not informing about the hijacking because I am mobile and I am various locations throughout the day so I had a wasted work day waiting for a delivery.
