Intentionally messing up a delivery

You are being used as UPS's 3rd party courier and you manage to mess up a simple delivery. You guys are horrible honestly. Why did you change the correct address you received from UPS and put your own which was wrong on my order. I hear the driver has had my package for 3 days because the address you put was incorrect. I had to meet with your driver in Midrand which is far from where my actual address is to get my order. You started not to pick my calls and I was actually about to drive to your office when your driver called! Hell was going to break loose I can promise you that!
