Inefficient courier service provider

They do not take clients seriously. I was promised delivery on a specific date, they did not deliver, when I called to enquire I was told to speak to a supervisor. The phone just rang until it hung up as supervisor did not answer. When I tried to call again, they did not pick up. I eventually had to get the sender of the parcel to contact them as they were not keen on responding to me. I would not recommend their services.
